Acceptance of the Agreement

Code of Conduct
You should uphold professional behavior during the course, which includes but not limited to:
Respecting peers, instructors, and staff members.
Adhering to the Institute’s rules and regulations.
Avoiding any form of misconduct, including harassment, discrimination, or unethical practices.
Care of Institute Property
You should use the Institute’s property, including equipment, software, and facilities,responsibly. Any damage caused to the Institute’s property due to negligence or misuse by the Student will result in the Student being held financially liable.
User ID and Password
Your user ID and password (collectively, “Participant Account”) are intended for your exclusive use. Sharing your account credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of access to the website, services, and content, as well as termination of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Participant Account and any activities performed under it. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at contact@silicon-craft.com. We disclaim all liability for damages resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to maintain account security.
Content and Course Materials
Silicon-Craft.com provides access to training materials, including but not limited to videos, practice tests, and written resources (“Content and Courseware”) related to the certification training courses you are enrolled in. We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify the Content and Courseware. Access to updated materials may require additional fees. Such updates will be communicated in advance.
Usage of the Website and Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the website, services, and Content and Courseware for the sole purpose of completing the enrolled certification course
(“Restricted Purpose”), or the termination of this Agreement according to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein, whichever is earlier.
You may download, save, or print materials only for personal use. Reproducing, distributing, or using materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Silicon Craft VLSI is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, graphics, designs, and materials on Silicon Craft VLSI are the intellectual property of Silicic Innova Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property of Tamil Nadu and Indian laws.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. Use of the website and its services does not grant you any rights beyond those explicitly mentioned herein.
Personal Information Usage
We use your photo, name, college name, and company name for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertisements, social media posts, and professional networks. Your success story may be shared by the Institute in a public manner for marketing and promotional purposes, including the Institute’s website and social media channels.We use your personal information to inform you about other certification training courses. Your data will not be shared with third-party marketing databases or disclosed without proper verification or legal requirements.
Liability Disclaimer
